chocolate, cheesecake, oreo pie WOW!

Best pie ever!

I love chocolate pie!
Do you fancy it?
This pie is really delicious! You can make it the day before. Ideal for your birthday!

This is what you need:

250 gram cookies like oreo100 gram melted butter

300 gram pure chocolate with 72% cacao

900 gram Mon Chou (cream cheese)
340 gram white caster sugar
(witte basterd suiker)
4 eggs

pie tin/form(Ø 24 cm) (taartvorm)
kitchenaid (keukenmachine)
skewer (satéprikker)

Let's bake the pie!

First, preheat the oven to 180 º C. Than grind the cookies in a food processor. Add the melted butter. Than spread the mixture over the bottom of the pie tin. Put it about 5 minutes in the oven. Allow to cool.

Second,in the meantime you can melt the chocolate  au bain-marie. You can do this by putting a metal or glass bowl above a pan with cooking water. The chocolate will melt don't forget to stir.

Than, mix the Mon Chou / cream cheese and sugar in a food processor. Add the eggs one by one. Spoon 8 tablespoons of this mixture in a bowl and keep aside. You need this later.

Than we go back to the chocolate. (Spatel) Stir with a spatula the melted chocolate through the rest of the mixture and pour it above the oreo cookie mixture. Than we need the mixture that you kept separate.
Spread the mixture with spoon drops on the pie. Than you need the skewer to make graceful curls through the mixture so that a marble pattern will arise.

Bake the pie for approximately 1 hour in the oven. I baked it for 1 hour and 15 minutes. You can cover the pie with aluminum foil if it gets too dark.
Than you have to wait until the pie is cooled off. This takes a really long time and remove the pie form. The best thing to do is to serve the pie cold. You can put it in your fridge.
TIP: before you serve the pie let it come to room temperature.
